guest policy

Your guests are welcome to share in the fun at Cheverly Swim and Racquet Club within the guidelines outlined below.  Guest fees must be paid via credit card as no cash or checks will be accepted at the front desk.  Members can log into their member portal and place a credit card on file for speedy check in. 

Members are responsible for their guests’ behavior and must remain on the grounds with their guests.  Kindly inform your nonmember guests of our Club rules in advance.  Below are the policies and fees for bringing guests.

Who Can Bring Guests?

• Full Memberships may bring guests any day the pool is open (weekday, weekend, and holidays) and may bring up to 6 guests per day, not to exceed 20 visits per season.
• Seasonal and August Only Memberships may only bring guests on weekdays, excluding holidays, and may bring up to 6 guests per day, not to exceed 20 visits per season.
• Golden Guest Program participants pay the regular guest fee rate (below), and may bring up to 4 guests twice during the season.
• Weekday Pass Program participants may not bring guests.

Weekdays (Mon – Fri, except federal holidays)

• Adult: $10
• Child (3-12 yrs.): $8
• Family: $36
• Golden Guest: $8
• Anyone after 6pm: $7
• Children 2 and under: Free

Weekends (Sat-Sun and federal holidays)

• Adult or Child: $12
• Family: $48
• Golden Guest: $8
• Children 2 and under: Free
• (Note: No reduced child or evening rates on weekends and holidays)

Pool Party POLICY

We know that parties at the pool are the coolest!  After reviewing the guidelines below, use the party request form to submit a party request. 

We have two party zones available for your and your guests:  an “upper party zone” under the snack bar canopy, and a “lower party zone” on the concrete pad next to the back fence (where the ping-pong tables have been).  Three picnic tables (each seats 6 people) are provided for your use; please do not move or relocate tables around the grounds for parties.  If you think you’ll need more seating you are welcome to bring folding camp chairs.  Parties must be requested in advance, and may only be held in one of the two party zones.

How this works:  

• To request a party, submit a party request form at least two weeks in advance (will be approved within 3 days).  Among other details, you will be asked whether you’d prefer the upper or lower party zone.  
• No more than two parties will be approved for the same time slot, and parties are approved on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Parties will not be approved on federal holidays (for 2024: May 27, June 19, July 4, September 2). 
• Parties may be scheduled for up to 4 hours; the form will ask how long your party will be.
• A maximum of 20 nonmember guests are allowed, including non-swimmers.
• Guest fees for the parties are per person at the standard guest fees (see above).  Family guest rates do not apply for parties.
• On the day of your party, please arrive early to pay any guest fees and provide a list of names for your nonmember guests to the front desk for faster check-in.   
• You are responsible for your guests’ behavior and must remain on the grounds with your guests.  Kindly inform your nonmember guests of our Club rules in advance. 

All parties will be approved at the discretion of the CSRC Board.
