This website is for use by CSRC members, management, and staff for the sole and exclusive purposes of providing and receiving information relevant to club membership, activities, rules, operations, and restrictions given the current climate related to COVID-19. Examples of permitted uses include, but are not limited to the following: CSRC communications, operations, reservations, conditions, rules, regulations, and communications regarding the relationship by and between club members, staff, and guests where necessary.

Your privacy is important to us and we will continuously endeavor to protect the information you provide to us (where appropriate). CSRC does not sell or give away your name, address (street or email), phone number, or other demographic or personally identifying information (whether provided on the website or through email communications).

We may use your personal information to:

• Communicate with/update you about changes or events impacting or, of interest or related to the club;
• Provide safety information, notice of late openings, early closures, or other general information regarding hours and access to the property;
• Update rules for the use of the pool and its grounds; and
• For other miscellaneous communications relevant to the general membership, management, staff, and guests.
